I could say that I might have picked atMagic Mike, and I cant say that it didnt.

You have to keep it festive.
You have to keep it joyous, and you gotta keep it family friendly.
But yet, with this fantastic storyline, you just add a little spice, little flavor.

What would you both say is at the heart of your characters bond and attraction to each other?
Was it tough to nail that scene?
ROBERTSON:I heard about this blooper reel!
I mean, this is what Im hearing.
And then he gets me out of it?
So, I figured wed have to do it a bunch.
But Ive had a few compliments now on just how fully committed I went to the wreath, yes.
MURRAY:Can I just throw out the fact that, its a garland?
Gosh, its driving me nuts.
DEADLINE:Your character gives her a wreath necklace.
ROBERTSON:You idiot.
MURRAY:Saying a lot.
ROBERTSON:I shouldve said Its a garland.

I did, but we didnt have another necklace, and they dont make garland necklaces.
ROBERTSON:Were not really gonna hem and haw.

This was the first time I ever learned that.

I feel so old too, but I just started understanding the meet cute thing.

So, youre getting a lot of lot of food references.
DEADLINE:Did either of you have input on any of the dances, the costumes, the choreography.
Can you talk more about that process?

MURRAY:So, the original costumes were a bit smaller.
ROBERTSON:Were meat cute.

They were much, much tighter with lights.
So, there was a lot of lights on these … mankinis.
ROBERTSON:I heard one story earlier.
MURRAY:We pivoted, and its a good thing we did.
ROBERTSON:Everybody was thinking.
MURRAY:When I saw it, I just went, Oh, I could do… Thats all I could think at first.
ROBERTSON:I had a really cute tap outfit.
DEADLINE:Britt, this morning (Nov. 13) you were cast inanother Christmas rom-com.
ROBERTSON:By the way, I just heard about this.

I was like, Yeah, lets see.
You know, Im very casual until Im not about these things.

DEADLINE:I thought it was cute because the title isLove Unexpectedand you were inLife Unexpected.
ROBERTSON:Yeah honestly, that was kind of the main appeal.
I was like, Thats so cute.
Its like, a throwback.
