A week afterproduction on Los Angeles-based scripted seriesresumed after a shutdown related to the Palisades and Eaton fires, one of the impacted series,CBSS.W.A.T.,has put filming on pause again Wednesday, this time due to the Hughes fire.
The Hughes wildfire, whichbroke out around 10:30 AM Wednesdaynear Castaic Lake, is close to Santa Clarita whereS.W.A.T., the police action series starring Shemar Moore, films.
By 5 PM, the fire had burned 9,400 acres, prompting the evacuation of 31,000 people and the shutdown of a stretch of the 5 freeway for several hours.
