Rob Lowe Open To Reprising ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ Role: “Never Say Never”

After '9-1-1: Lone Star' ended its five-season run last week, Rob Lowe said he wouldn't rule out reprising the role of Captain Owen Strand.
