To them, theres a gay agenda to usurp their origin story and instead make it a Queer one.
Whats critical to understand is that House music came from Black creatives, gay and straight.
The pioneers of House, says Bratton, have been dispossessed of the thing that theyve invented.
For me, its proof that Im doing the right thing.
And then he was like, Yeah,Hillary Clintons behind it.
And I was like, What?
Hes like, Yeah, Hillary Clintons a House head.
Shes a Chicago acolyte herself, Bratton says of Windy City native Hillary.

And its crazy to me she loves House.

I think this film offers a unique experience in a theater.
And Im confident its going to find its home; its going to find its platform.
