Rachel Maddow made the announcement this evening on an MSNBC election preview special, which Norris joined.
On election night, Norris will be at Howard University, the site of the Harris-Walz campaigns watch party.
Norris also will be a frequent writer for MSNBC.com.

Bezos defended the decision to block the papers planned endorsement by citing polls showing low trust in the media.
