At this afternoon matinee, actorMarsha Mason, an associate director of the play, stepped in for Farrow.
As associate director, Mason reportedly had been assisting with Farrows performance.
Prior to the performance, a spokesperson said Mason would perform at least partially with script in hand.

The Roommateis produced by Chris Harper, Nelle Nugent and Kenneth Teaton.
The play is set to resume performances on Tuesday evening.
No word yet on that nights casting.
