The company has hired former NBCU unscripted chiefJenny Groomand promoted Ryan ODowd and Krystal Whitney.
She now joins the commercial arm of the British public broadcaster as EVP Unscripted Development.

She will report to Ryan ODowd, who has been promoted to President of Unscripted.
ODowd was previously EVP, Entertainment and Music.
She joined the company in 2020 and was previously SVP, Current Programming.
She continues to report to ODowd.
