The event also will be the first joint rally appearance by Obama and Harris.

Obama and Springsteen also will appear at a concert event Monday in Philadelphia.
The concerts are being dubbed When We Vote, We Win.
Taylor Swift has endorsed Harris campaign, and Beyonce has lent the use of her song Freedom.
