A Kennedy Center spokesperson said that the White House sent a list of terminated board members earlier today.
Board members are appointed to six-year terms.

She was appointed to the board by Barack Obama.
Biden appointed more than a dozen board members in the final weeks of his presidency.
Trump declined to attend theKennedy Center Honorsin his four years as president.
But last year, he agreed to remain in that role through 2026.
A spokesperson for Rubenstein said he had no comment.
