TheSubstanceactor said his house was on the very edge of the first evacuation zone of the Palisades Fire.

So weve had it lucky.

He lost both of them, he said.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department has received 13 missing persons reports.

At least two people have been killed.

And many more are injured including firefighters.
