Comcast Names Former Apple, Expedia Executive To New Role Of Chief Growth Officer For U.S. Residential Businesses

Comcast has named Jon Gieselman, formerly of Apple, Expedia and DirecTV, to the new role of chief growth officer for residential domestic businesses.

That includes cable, broadband and wireless services reaching more than 64 million homes and businesses.

Most recently, Gieselman served as President, Expedia Brands, leading the groups consumer-facing businesses globally.

Previously, he was VP Marketing at Apple, and SVP Marketing at DirecTV.
