Anthem Sports & Entertainment has reached a deal to buy Canadian indie broadcasterHollywood Suite.
Anthem also operates movie cable channel HDNet Movies and owns film distributor Gravitas Ventures.
Approval from the Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Commission is still need to rubber-stamp the agreement.
