After another extended trip to Sin City,Adeleis officially on vocal rest for the foreseeable future.
I really, really am.

I was being punched around, it was fing horrible.
But we were talking as a team earlier, which was when I first started crying.
And Im talking about gut instinct, when something doesnt feel right, dont do it.
